Customer retention and engagement campaign from concept to execution for Optum Health while working for Hero Marketing Agency. Campaign assets include roll-up banners, foot decals, screen savers, a brochure and emails. The challenge was to create a fresh and compelling direction while working within strict company brand guidelines.
